HadleyFRAME were the first SCI member to achieve all four Stage 1 accreditations, with out system designed and approved for the maximum 15 storey buildings, giving you peace of mind that your residential developments are fully insurable. Accompanying this is BBA certification for our joists, studs and lintels in floors, wall and roofs of multi-storey buildings.

Our manufacturing processes have been audited and certified to ISO9001, ISO14001 and BES6001, with UKAS factory production approval. This demonstrates our commitment to the highest standard of product and service from start to finish.

  • BOPAS

    HadleyFRAME Light Gauge Steel Frame System has been approved for Design, Manufacture, Construction and 60-year durability and maintenance assessment.

    The HadleyFRAME system has been assed in accordance with the LBC Warranty Technical Manual Version 14, Section 6.3 “Light Gauge Steel Frame” and is suitable for residential dwellings up to 15 Storeys high.

    The HadleyFRAME system is suitable for residential dwellings up to 15 storeys high, in accordance with the Premier Guarantee Technical Manual Version 14, Section 6.3 “Light Gauge Steel Frame”.

What is Offsite Pre-Panelised MMC?

MMC in the UK

Working with Simply UK, the HadleyFRAME team recently topped out on a 3 storey care home in Hatfield, Hertfordshire. The scheme will produce 81 beds with an overall internal floor area of 4399m2. The programme duration for the steel framing was 15 weeks (excluding wind delays).

The site was logistically challenging due to the limited access and high traffic volume to neighboring properties. With significant restriction on lay-down space, there was tight control over delivery sequences to avoid overloading the site while remaining on target to achieve programme.
